      Pros

      it's a job until you find a better environment

      Cons

      weak management that refuses to support its employees. will work against the employees and set you up to fail which leads to a very high turnover rate. very low morale with little chance of advancement. will bring in outside people (Canadians) and pass over current employees rather than training them to improve and stay with the company. management does not trust the employees and treats them that way. the good employees leave as soon as they can (and it is basically a revolving door)

      Pros

      Pay is decent. Better then some places I've been. If you like to work overtime then this is the place for you.

      Cons

      The safety of the hourly employee is NOT a concern. No actual training for any position. No opportunity for advancement. Does not listen to the employees who know what they are doing. Members of management have never done the job that all of us do on a daily basis and all they want is numbers, numbers, numbers and they do not understand or realize that stuff happens when the machinery runs 24/7/365.

      I really don't have any good reason to advise working here, the hours are not very family oriented and the management is un-caring to say the least

      Upper management is blind to the needs of its employees,and will not take advise from subordinates
