      Chaotic, fast paced, but lots of benefits.

      Pros

      Pays well, good bonuses, very relaxed attire, wide range of projects, open opportunities, have been growing fast and making new highs in profits that they may share in bonuses, lots of social functions.

      Cons

      Chaotic workflow, poor coordination especially from management, resistant to new methods and technologies. Says they won't require overtime but often expects it.
