7yThank you for your feedback. As it happens, last week our management team went offsite to compile our operating plan for 2019. Prior to this, all of our managers solicited feedback from their employees on each department’s direction, and we put together our plan based on what we believe can reasonably achieve in the coming year. We can always improve in listening to our employees needs, and hope this will be a big step forward in improving employee experience.
