Mandatory overtime. Decent pay , easy to get hired

Cons

Crappy trucks, every one of them has their own tweaks! no ac, long routes, 400-600 stops per day. Customers are disgusting how the store trash and recycling for pickup. And customers pay extra for you to walk down/up a long driveway (20-300 ft)(one way) to get the garbage totes, then return it back to the home After you shift you are sweaty, dirty and exhausted! Go to bed and back at it again.

Fairly flexible schedule, occasional free lunch, decent insurance, employee stock program.

Cons

Stinky, maggots, literal garbage, have to quit to get a decent raise, butt kissing gets you way farther than hard work, no real holidays off (you have to make it up the following Saturday.), company is more concerned with purchasing more sites than taking care of what they already have, nepotism galore

Management is extremely unprofessional, and only care is getting the routes done. They are blinded by the buck and this is creating little to no care for the working man or woman. They push the mechanics to hard and make them cut corners in return puts their drivers in broken equipment. It’s clear this company is monopolizing and any employee who sees this they push out. Don’t open your mouth, do as you’re told or else face worse off predicaments.
