      Pros

      You will receive a paycheck. There are some exceptional people working here, however they are the hourly employees.

      Cons

      Casella pays its employees the bare minimum despite having extremely dedicated, hard working intelligent individuals working for them. The company allows management to make decisions concerning terminating an employee based on whether the manager 'likes' an individual not on the persons job performance. Casella has gone through an excessive amount of management changes which has caused confusion for employees because new management changes everything, even what worked. Employees don't know who they should report to.
