High stress environment with no appreciation for the hours required to get the job done. Low pay & not enough time off.

Old worn down equipment and low wages were the major cons. Many people quit or were fired and in desperation to find new employees entry level employees were hired for higher wages than employees who had been with the company 5 to 10 years. This practice created very poor morale in the workplace. The site I’m employed at has 9 employees, 1 of which has more than 5 years service, need I say anymore.
