Decent pay for a gas station, easy work, flexibility in scheduling

Cons

Management is terrible, micromanaging, and full of ethical violations. Favoritism is rampant, and at my store the GM was petty and filled with drama to the point of sharing the details of employee's personal lives for personal gain and entertainment.
