Pros

Opportunity for advancement, if you are willing to sacrifice. Plenty of training available. My immediate supervisor was a really good boss. Just had too much on his plate

Cons

It seems like they sit in the corporate offices writing policies and procedures without considering the "real people" who are out there making the company successful.

Pros

Got to work with the customers. They became family because you seen them everyday. I got to know many of them on a personal level.

Cons

Not having enough time to get everything finish. Dealing with unruly customers was difficult at times. Store not being cleaned to its fullest potential. Customer service is lacking on some shifts.
