Pros

No matter how big they get they care about the people who work the stores, They have great benifits. Working with the customers is the best part of the day.

Cons

The hours are sometimes hard to do. Very early in the morning and sometimes it is hard to get motivated to get up.

Pros

Easiest job I have ever had. Same routine everyday. Great place to meet new and intresting people and get to know locals.

Cons

Working there for over 2 years and I'm still considered part-time even though I mostly work full-time hours without the benifits. We have a third key position avalible that I pick up all the slack on and I don't get recognized as third key (second assistant manager). No room for advancment.

work with a bunch of great co workers, learn new things everyday about the business

Cons

people not getting rotated for having everyother weekend off so they can spend time with their families on the weekends instead of the same schedule of working everyweekend
