Pros

No matter how big they get they care about the people who work the stores, They have great benifits. Working with the customers is the best part of the day.

Cons

The hours are sometimes hard to do. Very early in the morning and sometimes it is hard to get motivated to get up.

close to home and family

Cons

manager does not make everyone follow rules. do not hold employees responsible for their required work. Manager doesnt want to deal with conflicts, which causes more conflicts. they say they do drug testing....but they do not. really need to follow through instead of just threats.
