Pros
They give you great exposure to different restaurants and menus throughout ATL, and chances are you will work in more than one of the four restaurants on more than one occasion. The creative process really tries to involve you, the bartender; and allows for some expression of individuality. The people you work with are great, the people you work for are demanding, but well meaning.
Cons
The impromptu nature of being asked/required to go work at any of the four restaurants. The culture of the restaurants is not afraid of shaming ignorance, which is more ego driven than success oriented.
