Pros

Outstanding educational opportunities, encouraged creativity, buyout parties/private events, heavy promotion from within, livable wage earning potential, highly organized senior management who show up to the restaurants and work service on the floor with the team

Cons

Bartenders earned less than service staff ( tipout was too low, less opportunity to sell bigger ticket food items, small tables/sections), locations are tough on parking for staff, expectations of top tier service from staff without top tier prices for guests/earnings for service staff
