Pros

I've been working with CHG for over a year and truly enjoyed my time with the company. If you're looking for a family operated business that cares cares about it's people look no further. No company is perfect, but its obvious that this company is truly dedicated to taking care of guests and staff in equal measure. They are actively taking strides towards better work life balance in a generally unforgiving industry.

Cons

If I had any request it would be more intensive financial and technical training and development for younger leaders on a broad company wide level. The earlier managers can read, understand, and actively manage a P&L the healthier the business will be.

-The culture, hands down the best restaurant I've worked in. -The owners, 5th gen family restauranteurs they treat their employees well and run a tight ship -The team, great camaraderie, no infighting, etc

Cons

No group specific Cons, the only cons are industry wide at this point - hard to hire support staff
