Pros
Great group of coworkers, very experienced and intelligent. I'm constantly learning new things. Flexible work hours and fully remote (even before the pandemic!). Their mission is to help employers and employees do better for each other, a win-win in the long run!
Cons
The company is still young and relatively small so still working through some minor growing pains, but nothing insurmountable. No organization is immune to these.
