Pros
I have been invited to CCI for interviews for two rounds. The interviews are very well organized. The manager is very knowledgeable in the domain area. The interviewer team is thoughtfully selected, and touched lots of bullets on my resume. They spent a lot of time understanding my past work experiences and how I get to my achievements with skills used and logics behind. The HR rep shows great understanding on the business, and relevant skills the company is seeking for. Very easy to work with.
Cons
Interviews might be arranged in different timing slots across the week. But I can see HR is trying to manage multiple interviews in a few blocks to better manage the time for the applicant.
