This company cares about its employees. Like most companies, it has things to work on, but is actively addressing those items and trying to implement change. Remote work, tech to let you do your best job, opportunities for growth, and strong leadership are core to Catalight.

Cons

Lack of in person work can leave you feeling disconnected.

Pros

Can’t track your work, so as long as you politic and keep the right people happy it’s an easy job.

Cons

Lots of talk, very little action. Only certain “type” of the same people seem to promote each other, taking bonus payments bigger than employees yearly salary while not hiring enough people to do the job… Sad to say, most talented people move on from this place.
