Great non-profit that provides care for people with developmental disabilities

- Mission + purpose driven non-profit - Strong clinical excellence and programs - Employees who care about their clients and families a lot - Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion as an investment area - Hiring executives who go through an inclusion interview - Coaching + therapy resources for employees - [in progress] New values are powerful

Cons

- some employees have an opportunity to build a muscle that embraces changing context more.. it's health change, and change is constant, I hope for them they are able to open
