Fun interesting work

Pros

Learning and working with analytics and working on fun hard engineering problems.

Cons

Dealing with election cycles and the deadlines and planning they require. Don't particularly enjoy working with some of the "old" code, but hopefully soon only old code that exists will be new code I've written. ;)

you can learn a lot there, challenge yourself, and people there are very nice

Pros

In a lot of ways, the work is it's own reward. Catalist is a big deal in the progressive community, I hope it starts to act that way.

Cons

Senior management can occasionally be difficult to work with. I think more professionalism at all levels would be a good thing.
