Lots of growth, great connection with kids and parents.

Cons

Upper management really does not seem to care too much about the staff working at the schools. Supervisors and teachers for each school so as much and as best as they can, but the higher ups make things difficult sometimes.

I loved working with the kids and the staff.

Cons

A lot of work to be completed without enough time. The pay was also not enough for the amount of work required.
