      Supportive Environment: The team at Catalyst Kids is incredibly supportive. From day one, I felt welcomed and part of a community that genuinely cares about each other and the children we serve. Professional Development: Catalyst Kids offers numerous opportunities for professional growth. As a substitute teacher, I've been able to learn about different programs and gain valuable experience. Being a permanent sub at one center now has allowed me to deepen my understanding and grow further. Flexibility for Students: Being a sub has provided me with the flexibility to balance work and school effectively. Catalyst Kids understands the needs of students and offers a schedule that accommodates academic commitments.

      Cons

      High Energy Environment: As rewarding as it can be, the job does require a lot of energy, which can be exhausting. It's important to be prepared for a dynamic and active work environment.

      Pros

      Some of the best reasons are upper management is always looking out for all staff making sure we’re taken care of, working with the kids can always be fun and rewarding the families are amazing they always go above and beyond to let the teachers and staff know how much they’re appreciated. I’ve enjoyed teaching and working alongside the teachers and students I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.

      Fun place to work, Working with children from different age groups, Being able to go to different centers/school sites, Support/Welcomeness from teachers, Flexible work hours, and Lots of trainings/ability to learn new things.

      Not much career advancement/growth, Dealing with some students behaviors, Can be stressful at times
