I totally love the systematic design of this company

I really appreciate the way the surrounding at school is organized and has everything neat , clean and safe for children to walk in without having any issues.

Pros

It is a very fulfilling job since you get to be with kids and teach them new things. I love kids so I loved this job

Cons

Sometimes when there are behavior issues and the kids parents are not on your side it is hard to teach them

*training is offered and you always can request pieces of training that you think you need for a better understanding and operation of your daily tasks.

Cons

*Hourly rate scale is only for an untouched goal, at least a year not getting any pay raise; when asked why, manager gave a reason that is not under teachers' control (enrollment)
