Pros

-Some fantastic coworkers -The kids :) -Engagement with diverse array of community members who truly want to see their kids grow

Cons

-Lack of transparency. It is disheartening to witness the consistent absence of open and honest communication. Regrettably, the lack of transparency has hampered my ability to perform my duties optimally and has hindered the progress of several projects. -Vital information is often delayed, distorted, or altogether omitted, leading to confusion, frustration, and ultimately, inefficiency. The failure to establish efficient channels of communication has resulted in missed opportunities, compromised deadlines, and a general sense of disarray that affects the overall productivity of our team. -Pervasive sense of incompetence that has plagued our organization. Really disconcerting to witness the consistent disregard for these qualities. The lack of accountability, poor decision-making, and a failure to address critical issues in a timely manner have severely hindered our ability to meet our objectives and fulfill our obligations to our stakeholders. It is disheartening to see talented individuals leaving the organization due to their frustration with this incompetence.

Pros

Stealing money meant for kids and putting out mediocre at best programs. Just a shameful place.

Cons

I don’t have time to type up my full opinion of this place. Just avoid at all costs.

Pros

Good pay - especially for a part-time summer position. My supervisors were nice. There was lots of autonomy to teach the way I needed to.

Cons

It was really disorganized. My placement was changed multiple times. The session was also very short. It was hard to make any meaningful progress.
