Cons

Unethical Business practices. Over promise, under deliver on promises, client delivery, and work life balance. Expect the world from you, but don’t set you up for success. No female leadership. Underpaid staff. Pressure cooker environment. High turnover.

Energetic office and has some great opportunities to move up quickly in the company with better roles.

Cons

High turnover and low pay (horrible commission structure) and when given higher roles to move up, the pay is hardly anything (if anything at all). Long hours and no compensation. The company is looking to sell and truly does not care about investing in their employees.
