Pros
- Big name customers from major sports leagues around the world - Integrating video and player data is super interesting and has a lot of possibilities for improving athlete and team performance - A lot of great employees who try to do their best, despite the myriad of dysfunctions
Cons
- CEO and his crew have historically treated employees poorly and feel everyone is dispensable. - Senior leadership micromanages and doesn't let employees do the job they were hired to do. - Given how they've grown by acquisition over the years, there is no real global culture - Mismanaged budgeting prevents employees from hiring the people the company needs to succeed and unfortunately recently triggered a layoff. - Pay scale is purposely set towards the lower end of the market which makes it impossible to convince top talent to join or stay.
