Pros

1. ASX-listed company with huge ambitions with the execution to back it up 2. Spearheaded by a strong leadership team who have created a robust and exciting strategy, and importantly decisive enough to quickly remove those who are detrimental to others and the group 4. Great culture & values which are slowly beginning to be instilled across the group 5. Trust & freedom to learn, take risks, make mistakes and try to deliver exceptional results 6. It's technology & elite sport. It's the most exciting industry in the world and you work alongside some of the smartest people in sport. 7. Opportunities to make an impact, try new roles and learn on the job. Power is definitely taken/earned and not given at Catapult.

Cons

Catapult isn't for everyone. With big ambitions, fast growth and constant changes, comes high expectations to keep up with the ever increasing standards, which means giving it everything. Therefore personally, I've found the work-life balance pretty difficult of late. But if you are willing to give 100%, you can work at the super exciting intersection of technology and elite sport, whilst being given plenty of opportunities to grow with the company.
