CEO and CFO has no clue, needs a big change program

Pros

Some decent new people in sales and a new CRO who at least is smart and honest. Salaries are fair and we work with the best sports teams in the world. Commission could be better.

Cons

The CEO knows best about everything and everyone is scared. The new team I don’t know if they will stand up to him long term. He just sacks people that stand up to him. CFO is useless.

Cons

Management wants 1 person to do everything and everyone’s job. Not a single woman engineer. No process and no structure, people are just passing their time
