Cator Ruma is consistently staying on top of new technologies and offer great training for every level of employee. They are also very active in the local community and are continually looking to better the day-to-day environment by offering monthly perks and great benefits. Overall, great employees, great upper management and an awesome place to work.

Tough to manage project schedules at times.

Big player in the local market who gets a lot of amazing high profile projects, lots of in house expertise, technically challenging but rewarding projects, good tools and processes, some of the best engineers I’ve worked with

Cons

Inflexible & micromanaging, PTO lags behind others & required a lot of hoops to jump through to get time off, grindy culture, expectation is OT every week
