No chance at earning commissions or getting pay above minimum wage without becoming a manager (if head cashier, there was an additional 50 cents in it for you), I applied for and was offered a full time position but rarely got scheduled for above 20 hours per week with the most I worked being 29 on my last week there and coworkers experienced similar problems aside from managers and one or two "favorites" (coworkers theorized we never got full-time scheduling because then they'd have to offer us benefits even if we didn't need them)
