Flexible Scheduling and great environment, but pay was inconsistent

Pros

I had a great manager that was willing to work around my school schedule and give me a ton of flexibility with work and never questioned if I needed off for something else. Pay was better around holidays

Cons

They tended to overstaff salespeople creating a fight for customers due to the commission pay basis. I never had any trouble with my coworkers but it wasn't great knowing I was not going to be able to make my commission base for the day and would be payed minimum wage if I couldn't catch up over the week. I ended up feeling like I twiddled my thumbs quite a bit.

Good money for being part time, Xmas time is a lot of long hours but totally worth it, very tight knit group

Cons

Sunday’s are the days you have to do a deep clean on the store and usually don’t end up leaving until 9-11 PM (when you close at 6)
