Pros

I am sure that anyone who wants a job should not join this company as the management always underpays everyone.

Cons

The top management is awful at deciding the compensation. They want you to put in stressful and exhausting hours without expecting any appreciation. They also want you to avoid salary discussions or discussions about the career growth as they don't have a clue about how they can help employees grow their career. I suggest you avoid this workplace altogether. Beware!

Pros

I wouldn't be able to stay here if it weren't for my supportive co-workers.

Cons

Aside from offering a terrible salary, the management also offers no job security for the employees. I don't recommend working here because the leadership doesn't treat its employees right. Moreover, the work culture is awful because several managers act like tyrants and horrible bullies. It's not really a good place to work in.
