Even though I had problems with my supervisor, I have to acknowledge that the company paid me appropriately. I valued the fact that my employer paid me an acceptable salary for this industry.
Cons
The supervisor's behavior was a constant reminder of how unappreciated I was in that role. This sense of neglect instilled in me a deep sense of shame, as if my dedication and hard work were not worthy of acknowledgment. It was as if my potential was being squandered and undermined by someone who had no interest in nurturing talent or fostering growth. The toxic atmosphere created by the supervisor's unrewarding demeanor had an infectious effect, permeating through the entire team and sapping our collective motivation.
