Cons
No stable policy, always keep changing to trap the employee perks. Too much workload. Unecessary harashment. No personal life. Too much overtime. variable part of salary is unstable and too much. Management don't care about your personal problems. 3 month notice period and create unecessary problems if u leave company for good. Wrost of all to fresher because they keep their original acedemic documents and pay no salary for 6 months.
