Won't recommend anyone to join Cavisson systems
Pros
1. It's a good platform for freshers only as it offers a good learning experience. 2. There are lots of tools which you can learn. (But all are in house tools & non of them are stable.) But you can enhance your knowledge about all tools which can help in future. 3. Hike is good as compared to market standard.
Cons
1. HR never give attention to their employees, you need to run behind them repeatedly for a simple task also. (Like leave balance update, Comp-off adjustment, discussion related to LOP etc) 2. None of the tools are stable. Lots of suggestions were came from client teams about making the tools stable. But company is focussing on inventing new functionalities instead of fixing basic old bugs. Because of this, all the employees who work for aggressive clients are getting frustrated. 3. No work life balance. Each and every weekend you will get a call to join office and complete the tasks. 4. Work Pressure is too high as there is no proper task management made by managers. Manager never sits on his own desk, He always roams here n there and pokes everyone. 5. Timing policy is the worst. No flexibility. No relaxation. If you will go out for 5-10 minute in office hours, you have to work & stay in office premises for those extra 5-10 minute.
