Pros

1) good place to learn new different-2 technology. 2)flexible working hours. 3)Great work environment and culture. 4)Seniors are very helpful. 5)Cavisson have good performance load testing products where we can applied engineering.

Cons

Saturday working is alternative. Yearly Leaves are not as per other companies.

People are supportive & helpful. 4) Can learn Performance analysis & testing at best. 5) All the issues, Problems & hurdles are taken as a team work. 6) Working hard is the main key to success in this company.

Pros

Good place to learn and work if you have no other means of earning a lively hood and if you are ready to be personal slave of top boss. Survive here for 1-2 years and you will get a good break in other companies. Total fauji bootcamp.

Cons

All work, no life. Lucky if you get paid, if paid then paid on time, if paid on time then enough to eat and breath. Be ready for daily verbal abuses and visits to psychiatrist. Noida office is full of incompetent unemployable workers and in US has poor H1 slaves or housewives who cannot get another job.
