Pros

Great treatment. Meet people from all other the world. Economy is on the company expenses, including food, room and everything else.

Cons

Very stressful work with long working hours. Away from home. There's no day off, the work really becomes everything in your daily life.

Pros

The cruise business is fast paced, global in scope, and combines the best pieces of consumer experience, building customer loyalty, building brand, and driving sales

Cons

Company culture can be challenging. Not as collaborative as one wishes it could be.

Pros

Excellent benefits, pay is nice

Cons

Hard to get promoted from within, already know who they will promote before even posting position to employees, management is not on the same page and ONLY cares about statistics, little to no recognition for job well done, time to do assigned work is not given and management response is to work overtime
