A dishonest employer

Pros

The Previous Executive Director who is now with Celebrity Cruises Middle East/Travel matrix was totally dishonest, & tried to turn one staff member against another. She did not recognise hard work, or care at all about employees job satisfaction. In spite of having joined the company at its inception & being instrumental in growing the company. she cheated me out of my due settlement & leaving benefits. Many staff including myself, left the company because of her harrassment.

Cons

I enjoyed my work & was very successful in growing the company. Previous Directos recognised & appreciated my work.

I get to see the world learn many different cultures cook different time of food from many countries meet many people in with different cooking techniques

Cons

your family can't call I most of the time you are away from your wife an children you get home sick
