Pros

Being able to travel around the world.

Cons

Living conditions are horrible. There is too many politics involved in all aspect of the operation on board Celebrity cruise line. For all the hours you work, with no days off the salary isn't worth it. It amounts to $6/hr based on your position. People abuse their power based on the amount of stripes you have.

Pros

the fellow crew members you meet while working there is the best part of working onboard.

Cons

as i mentioned below, they teach you to train your staff using certain criteria and materials, but when it comes to shore side management, it does not seem to apply.
