      Pros

      you can travel to many places and see some interesting things you probably would not see, and meet some interesting people

      Cons

      not so nice working conditions ,disrespect from management,it's like working in a retirement home, somebody hanging over your head constantly, and no one doing their job

      Great itineraries, respected, brand, excellent service, opportunity for growth

      Cons

      Management was so concerned with cruise ratings that they overwork you, poor pay, questional handling of unruly guests (i.e. guests that should've been disembarked from ship are allowed to continue sailing because management is too concerned with ratings), crew members are given substandard living quarters and no real concern for their well-being
