      Terrible Company

      Pros

      Ground level culture is friendly and encouraging. Variable clinic associates have flexible schedules - good for students.

      Cons

      Inconsistent scheduling. Full-time and part-time associates are often forced to work shifts in excess of 8 hours with no breaks. No support from management. All time high attrition rate due to problems with management. New management is incompetent and ineffectual, lacking in supervisory experience. The true leadership within the organization has left the company due to recent changes in clinic manager.

      Thank you for your post. It is unfortunate that you feel so disgruntled about working at Celerion, I hope the situation changes for you in the future. I would like to point out that our attrition rates are not actually at an all-time high. Our retention rates are good with av. tenure in the US of 14.63 years and at the Tempe/Phoenix site average tenue stands at 11.93 years. We do care about our employees and continue to look for ways to improve the employee experience.       Get your experience, get out

      Pros

      Offers a lot of hands on experience. Awesome co-workers!

      Cons

      They expect you to work on your days off when it’s busy and then they cut your schedule like crazy when it’s slow. It’s really hard to make a living when your paychecks aren’t consistent. Plus the pay is really low for the amount of work you have to do.

      Thank you for your response. I was pleased to read that you felt you gained some good experience during your 3 years with Celerion and that you enjoyed working alongside your co-workers. It is unfortunate if you felt that we were not offering promotion opportunities. Year to date we have had more than 50 employees move into different positions across the organization based on their experience. With regard to participants, it is correct that the participants in our studies are very important to Celerion’s success. However, we do expect a level of courtesy and professionalism from them.       A Place Worth Staying

      Pros

      Making the transition from another CRO to Celerion was the best decision I’ve made for my career. Celerion can demand more, the majority of the time I feel like I have an unmatched balance compared to other global CROs. If you work hard and ask for more exposure and responsibility and perform well, it is easy to advance.

      Cons

      Better training at onboarding. People are well qualified but they need to better understand processes before being thrown to the fire. Yearly raises could be better matched to compete with other CROs
