scheduling doesnt produce final schedules two weeks in advance; business is not steady - some weeks you can work 50hr and other weeks not even 20h

Fun working with participants. Easy software to input data. Participants are fun and nice to talk to. Employees are extremely friendly.

Cons

Some participants are hard to handle. Lots of paperwork. Waste a lot of paper. Sometimes have to control large events alone.
