Pros

I've had an amazing experience working at Celerion. The company truly values its employees and fosters a culture of innovation, teamwork, and professional growth. Leadership is always encouraging new ideas and providing opportunities for advancement. One of the biggest strengths of Celerion is its commitment to excellence in clinical research. The work being done here makes a real difference in advancing medicine, and it's inspiring to be part of a team that is so passionate about improving lives. The company invests in cutting-edge technology and provides extensive training, ensuring that employees are set up for success. The work environment is fast-paced but incredibly rewarding. Colleagues are knowledgeable, collaborative, and always willing to help. If you're looking for a career in clinical research where you can grow, be challenged, and contribute to meaningful work, Celerion is the place to be!

Cons

The work environment at Celerion is fast-paced and constantly evolving, which can be challenging for those who prefer a slower, more predictable routine. However, this also means there are endless opportunities to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities. If you thrive in a dynamic setting and enjoy being part of groundbreaking research, you'll find it incredibly rewarding!

Thank you for your review. We appreciate you taking the time to post. It is true that there are a lot of studies, and we are experiencing record occupancy in the Lincoln clinic at the moment. We are working hard to add resources to the team. We do not want anyone to feel that they are providing quality work. Thank you again for your post. Andrew Stringer - VP, Global Human Resources
