      Pros

      Had an outstanding experience working for Celerion. I was given opportunities to expand my skillset on a frequent basis, and I always felt supported by leadership. Also, I was given the autonomy to make decisions as I saw fit. Benefits were great, and work life balance was excellent. Left for an advancement opportunity in my career, but I would go back in a heartbeat if the right opportunity presents itself.

      Great People to Work With

      Pros

      Can earn decent pay raises by learning/completing well-defined skill training blocks. Company heavily promotes from within. Has a great culture of helpfulness and kindness. Knowing you are actually making some difference in the world

      Cons

      Schedule can be a bit crazy. Working in medical research entails careful data management and corrections.
