Pros

The pay is decent for the work done

Cons

Everybody here is bestie bestie 20 year Olds who don't actually do their job. It's super understaffed because people just work here until they go to med school then quit. No employee appreciation, the participants are rude.

Pros

Solid work environment in terms of good management, expectations, schedule, benefits.

Cons

There's nothing really above-and-beyond in terms of what they offer for the employee. Some positions are not market-competitive in terms of salary. Some managers/supervisors aren't the best at leadership.

Pros

The clinic staff are all really great people to work with. The flexibility in schedule as a variable employee makes it great for college students working around their classes. You have a lot of autonomy and responsibility in the work you do, usually not directly overseen. The Clinic Managers, Study Managers, and Doctors/Nurses on staff were all really approachable people and really pleasant to work with.

Cons

The pay is a bit low for the Clinical Conduct Associate position. Even for an entry level position, you would expect to make more than you do given the work, but there are ample opportunities for advancement and higher pay should you stay with the company. You can easily receive a sizable promotion/raise as a member of clinic staff in less than a year if you make a good impression.
