Pros

Coworkers are nice. Team leads are very understanding and will work around scheduling issues.

Cons

Underpaid. Busy days that are understaffed can be chaotic and stressful.

Pros

Easy to move up in the company and good benefits for full time employees

Cons

can't pick your schedule and the workload is very inconsistent. Some higher-ups and study managers are very rude. Also you can make like 4 dollars more a hour anywhere else

Thank you taking the time to post a review. I was pleased to read that you felt that there were advancement opportunities at Celerion. We do encourage employees to pursue internal promotions. I acknowledge that one of the downsides to the 'fast paced' nature of our clinic work is that it can lead to changes in the schedules - sometimes at short notice. I will pass your comments on perceived 'rudeness' on to the site management team. Thank you again for taking the time to post. Andrew Stringer - Exec. Dir. Global Human Resources

Pros

Great place to work as an entry level position if you want a career in clinical research. Probably one of the few places that teaches you vitals, ECGs (EKGs), phlebotomy, and biohazard material collection/ handling (mostly blood and urine) for free. BLS class is also free.

Cons

The employee satisfaction rate at this company is so low, especially among the associates. The pay is very low for the amount of work and I can't say it's worth it. It takes a long time to get signed-off on events and even then, the pay is low compared to if you did the same things somewhere else. Trainers get gift cards instead of a pay raise and they are taxed. Senior management speak badly of associates in front of other associates so it's easy to feel unappreciated. There is a lot of drama because a lot of the employees are younger. If you want to go to medical school or PA school, I would highly recommend you look into a scribe job instead.
