Pros

Full benefits package to full-time staff. "Flexible" schedules.

Cons

Full time is made exceedingly difficult to maintain or attain. Staff is regularly passed over for promotion to hire outside personnel. Staff is overworked and frequently asked to work extra shifts to make up for lack of adequate staffing. Guidelines for task performance are given but rarely followed due to time constraints. Raises are annual but at a maximum given rate of ~3% and are typically much lower.

Thank you for your review. I acknowledge that one of the downsides to the 'fast paced' nature of our clinic work is that it can lead to changes in the schedules - sometimes at short notice and this in turn would require asking employees to pick up extra shifts/hours. It is unfortunate to read that you feel Celerion does not promote internally. Open positions are advertised internally and we have promoted 90 employees so far this year. Often we have multiple employees apply for a position and so understandably those not selected are disappointed. Andrew Stringer - Exec. Dir. Global Human Resources.

Pros

They have good Culture and growth opportunities.

Cons

Overworked, too many hours and not paid fairly for how much work you have. Management favorites employees and they don’t show you appreciation for the amount of work that you do for the research trials.

Thank you for taking the time to post. We have recently implemented some changes within the Study Management team with the introduction of a new position - Clinical Study Coordinator. This hourly paid position will handle a number of the on site duties traditionally managed by a Study Manager. This will allow the Study Manager to focus more on external/client facing strategic tasks. In addition, we feel this split will provide a more even work/life balance for both roles. Pros

I liked the different types of work I was doing. I was never complacent or bored during my tenure.

Cons

Everything being down to the minute, difficult environment to separate yourself since you're working alone most of the time.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. It was good to read that you enjoyed the different types of work and that there was variety with what you were involved in. Given the requirements in our clinics some of the activities we perform are closely timed and regimented. We do this to ensure consistency and that there are minimal variations in the data we provide our clients. Thank you again for posting. Andrew Stringer - Exec. Dir. Global Human Resources
