It is disappointing to hear that you would not recommend Celerion. The new Executive Director in Bioanalytical Services is working to develop our career development pathway, we have focused on internal progression to offer career development. One of the key cultural objectives we are trying to encourage is for every team member to feel comfortable to be part of the discussion and solution and this has been well demonstrated in the Recognition awards which is managed by a team of volunteers across the department to allow fair recognition of our best team members and really feel that we are moving in the right direction. We continue to encourage everyone to get involved and be a positive architect for change helping shape the future of the department and the senior leadership team are always available and keen to listen to the ideas and suggestions for improvement. Thank you for your glowing review. We appreciate you taking the time to post. It is true that we do have an increased number of fully remote/home based US employees or employees whose roles allow them to work a hybrid (home/office) schedule. That is balanced by our 2 US sites (Phoenix/Lincoln) where we have several hundred office/clinic based staff. Our variety of different job roles do allow us to offer all 3 types of working locations.
