Pros

The work can be exciting, fast paced and coworkers are generally really good people.

Cons

Unpredictable and ever changing schedules. Pay lacks for the workload and stress. Upper management is not concerned with if and when you burnout. The cons list is endless.

Thank you for your post. It was good to read your positive comments about your co-workers and the pace of work. I acknowledge that one of the downsides to the 'fast paced' nature of our clinic work is that it can lead to changes in the schedules - sometimes at short notice. The clinic management team is very aware of the workload their teams are under and are continually looking at ways to ensure employees have a manageable work/life balance. However, I will pass your comments on. Thank you for taking the time to post. Andrew Stringer - Exec. Dir. Global Human Resources

Pros

Seems like a good company. Interesting process to be a part of.

Cons

Not much interaction with other employees. Even without Covid, all communication is done via phone. Training manager seemed pre-occupied and if questions were asked, seemed annoyed, Any emails were responded to a week later. Not much teamwork, encouragement, or interest in keeping new employees. If you don't understand the job right away, she wrote you off. 5 hours of work every Sunday night was also less than desireable.

Thank you for your post. I was disappointed to read that your time with Celerion was not positive. Covid-19 has changed the way Celerion, like many other companies, onboard new employees but it is clear your experience was not what we expect. Unfortunately, you have not indicated which site or dept. you worked in and so I can not address your feedback with the correct dept. If you would like to share that information with me offline please send me an email to andrew.stringer@celerion.com. Thank you. Andrew Stringer - Exec. Dir. Global Human Resources

Thank you for your review, we appreciate your comments on the workload and the work atmosphere. I was interested to read your comment regarding promotions. We regularly have a large number of employees who move through the company taking on new roles. In 2020, nearly 25% of our vacancies were filled by internal hires. I do however, recognize that in some of our smaller depts. it is sometimes harder to move. Thank you again for the post. Andrew Stringer - Exec. Dir. Global Human Resources
