The work can be exciting, fast paced and coworkers are generally really good people.

Cons

Unpredictable and ever changing schedules. Pay lacks for the workload and stress. Upper management is not concerned with if and when you burnout. The cons list is endless.

I acknowledge that one of the downsides to the 'fast paced' nature of our clinic work is that it can lead to changes in the schedules - sometimes at short notice. The clinic management team is very aware of the workload their teams are under and are continually looking at ways to ensure employees have a manageable work/life balance. Seems like a good company. Interesting process to be a part of.

Cons

Not much interaction with other employees. Even without Covid, all communication is done via phone. Training manager seemed pre-occupied and if questions were asked, seemed annoyed, Any emails were responded to a week later. Not much teamwork, encouragement, or interest in keeping new employees. If you don't understand the job right away, she wrote you off. 5 hours of work every Sunday night was also less than desireable.

We regularly have a large number of employees who move through the company taking on new roles. In 2020, nearly 25% of our vacancies were filled by internal hires.
