Thank you for your review. It is unfortunate that you feel less than positive about Celerion. We do have a strong track record of moving people through and across the company and so it is disappointing to read that you feel these opportunities are not visible. I have shared your feedback on training and listening to the dept. management team. Thank you again for the feedback. Andrew Stringer - Exec. Dir. Global Human Resources

Pros

Once you get the hang of it working is super easy. Good coworkers and management for the most part. You’ll never work holidays and maybe some weekends. I actually liked management and we got along really well. The doctors/NPS you’ll work with are kind people as well.

Cons

The pay is just okay. It’s definitely low starting and then you get an annual raise based off of performance (or if you’re the favorite). It’s just disheartening how low they start you off knowing you can make more at the in and out across the street, not to mention the cost of living has sky rocketed. They definitely need to keep up or they’ll keep loosing workers.
