7yThank you for your post. Although numerous improvements have been made to improve scheduling of our staff in an environment in which the workload varies significantly, we recognize it is still not ideal for all of our employees. Additionally, we are disappointed to learn of your negative experience while working in screening. As mentioned, this is a new process in which we are trying to balance the correct level of staffing with a very inconsistent and unpredictable screening schedule. We welcome your suggestions on how to improve this delicate balance. Management will be meeting individually with all employees involved in screening to obtain their feedback to perfect the process. As a reminder, working in screening is voluntary for clinic associates. If you decide screening is not a good fit for you, please let your manager know and you will be removed from the screening schedule.
