Somewhat flexible schedule for students.

Cons

Poor pay at all levels. Poor communication and management within the department which lead to mistakes and additional costs to the company. Employees with high skillsets are taken advantage of and not rewarded or advanced.

Pros

Great opportunities for experience in the early clinical research field. Position has a very wide range of responsibilities ranging from Biomedical equipment maintenance, maintaining vendor relations and responding to high level audits

Cons

Very little departmental support. Heavy workload dealing with critical systems. Salary does not encourage a long term commitment to this position.
